Twitter Friends/Blogger Friends...

I am sitting here reading all my "friends" blogs.  I talk about what I read with my family and refer to people I tweet with and blogger that I read as my friends.

Someone said to me you sound like you know them.  I started to think about it, and I do KNOW my blogger/twitter friends.  Some of them I would rather be friends with than my in state friends.  We share stories, thoughts and daily happenings, so how can we not know each other.  I have more in common with twitter friends.  I have all my Lilly Pulitzer friends that share my love of fine clothes, and teacher friends who truly love children.  They are dedicated and don't complain about salaries, principals, parents or bureacurcy.

I can log on a find a friend and just start chatting.  I can read a blog and feel like I am part of their life.  My blog community will reach out and share in a bad day and offer encouragement. Its nice to know that you have someone at your fingertips who are willing to just sit and listen...

So on this Friday as I sit back and drink my coffee, and start my homework, Thanks to all my twitter/blogger friends! I do appreciate you.  Maybe one day we can all get together and relax by the pool. This is from Charleston, SC.  My favorite destination.
